Under the National Labor Relations Act you have the legally protected right to speak out publicly and build support for forming your union. You will be able to make improvements to your job when we all stand together and speak as one. Workers can talk about forming a union and exchange information anywhere, anytime, as long as it does not interfere with work.

It is illegal for management to:

  • Threaten you or spy on you in anyway.
  • Ask you about your union support.
  • Ask you how you are going to vote.
  • Treat you differently for supporting your union.
